Business target in.Shipped product out.
I run a Tech & Product function end to end — the strategy against a number the company has to hit, the specification of what gets built, the teams that deliver it, and the quality system in between. Fourteen years in engineering behind that, and I am still close enough to the code, the pipeline and the data to make the technical call myself.

Strategy
I take a commercial target and turn it into technical direction — what to build, in what order, and the trade-offs I will stand behind. I own the business result, not the ticket count.
The constant
— who I am across rolesThe company changes; the way I work does not. I came up through engineering and never left it — I combine theproduct and the business with the technical, and I stay accountable from the decision to the result.
Selected work
03 case studiesI build the function before the headcount.
When a team has no defined way of working, I create the missing roles and write the operating model down before scaling it — so delivery stops depending on who is in the room.

I plan capacity as it really is — features, support and technical improvement as explicit shares — and frame delivery metrics as forecasting signals that can never be turned against the team.

When the questions are specific to how a department works, I specify the data model and the KPIs and build the internal tooling hands-on with a coding agent — more discipline, not less.

Migration checks, blameless post-mortems, release criteria, KPI definitions — the templates my departments run on, emptied of anything company-specific and ready to use.
A hard delivery problem,
or a team that needs a system?
That is the work I do best. Tell me what you are trying to ship.
